Disability Task Force Update

The Task Force adopted a wide range of recommendations, including 

• the creation of a permanent advisory committee
• the appointment of an ADA compliance officer in the Sec. of State’s office
• funding for voting access improvements including a pilot program for curbside voting
• the removal of barriers to accessing the absentee-by-mail program for voters with disabilities
• and much more.
