Shreveport Early Childhood Education Scholarship Event

In August of 2022, the City of Shreveport allocated just under $3 million in permanent funding for early childcare scholarships. 

The City of Shreveport, CFNLA, and Caddo Smart Start will host three community events where qualifying families can apply for scholarships and learn about other community services.
