Raymond Vincent

Associate Organizer

Raymond Vincent is an organizer at Power Coalition, where he is dedicated to empowering communities and fostering civic engagement across Baton Rouge. A proud graduate of Morehouse College, he discovered his passion for ethical leadership and community advocacy during his time there.

Prior to joining the Power Coalition, he served as the Racial and Ethnic Disparities (R.E.D.) Coordinator and Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Federal Program Manager at the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement (LCLE). In these roles, he focused on addressing systemic disparities and improving outcomes for marginalized communities.

He also serves as the Southeast Regional Chair for the Coalition for Juvenile Justice (CJJ), where he collaborates with leaders and advocates across the region to advance juvenile justice reform. Currently, he is pursuing his Master of Public Administration at Louisiana State University, further deepening his commitment to public service and effective policy.

Through his work with Power Coalition, Raymond Vincent hopes to continue serving Baton Rouge as a dedicated organizer and collaborator, uplifting voices and building stronger, more equitable communities.
