Founder, President, & CEO
Taneshia Flowers is a proud product of North Baton Rouge and graduate of Southern University A&M College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Marketing. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Communications at Arkansas State University, further enhancing her skills as a dynamic communications professional. Taneshia’s passion for community engagement and advocacy drives her to leave the world better than she found it. In her new role as Director of Communications at the Power Coalition of Equity and Justice, she is uniquely positioned to amplify voices and advance initiatives that promote equity and inclusion.



Her diverse professional background as a former educator, former Press Secretary, licensed real estate professional, and communications consultant brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. Taneshia’s career reflects a steadfast commitment to fostering connections, promoting inclusivity, and driving sustainable change for a brighter future.
