Quincy Bates is a dedicated advocate for equity and justice, currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Power Coalition for Equity and Justice. With a strong belief in the transformative power of community engagement and activism, Quincy works tirelessly to empower fellow Louisianans by providing them with the tools and resources needed to amplify their voices and effect meaningful change. Before joining the Power Coalition, Quincy was the NAACP’s Director of Governance and Unit Engagement and Youth and College Manager.
