Dynisha Hugle, Data & Targeting Director:  Dynisha is the Data and Targeting Director for the Power Coalition and manages how partner groups access and interface with the data file. As we move into more complex integrated voter engagement strategies, Dynisha provides training, support, and leadership to how we engage new and infrequent voters across Louisiana.
